A boiler maintenance plan is an insurance policy that covers you in the event of a malfunction or breakdown with your appliance.
Boiler Maintenance plans range in price from £7 per month to £19 per month here at Greener Homes, whilst prices may vary with other service and maintenance providers.
As our boiler maintenance plan is annual a minimum term contract of twelve months will be required to take advantage of any of our boiler maintenance plans.
Only boilers that are installed by Greener Homes are eligible to our maintenance plans, however, other boilers may be considered after an inspection.

Do I Need A Boiler Maintenance Plan?
Sometimes your boiler can be covered with your home insurance so it may well be worth finding out if you’re already paying for boiler cover before you take another policy.
Renters shouldn’t need to worry about their boiler as their landlord should take care of it for you, however you may be able to take out your own policy with your landlord’s permission.
